Personalized Readiness Scores, reports, prep plans, and related outputs may be generated in whole or in part using automated systems, templates, and artificial intelligence based on information you provide. Where we use third-party AI or infrastructure providers, information may be processed by those providers as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit information about another person unless you have the right to do so. These outputs:

• are educational and organizational tools only;
• may contain errors, omissions, or generalizations;
• are not individualized legal advice;
• should be reviewed with a licensed attorney before you take legal action, sign documents, or make decisions with legal consequences.

7. No medical, mental-health, or financial advice

8. Quiz and score limitations

The Readiness Score is a self-assessment and educational prioritization tool. It is not a psychological test, risk diagnosis, legal conclusion, prediction of court treatment, or determination that a person should file for divorce. A score may not capture facts that matter to a licensed professional, and it should never be used as the sole basis for a legal, safety, medical, financial, or family decision.

9. Safety, emergencies, and deadlines

Prepared Chapter is not an emergency service and is not a substitute for law enforcement, medical care, shelters, or crisis hotlines. Do not rely on the Services, email, support, or automated content for restraining orders, filing deadlines, imminent hearings, or other urgent or time-sensitive legal matters. 10. Your responsibility

You are solely responsible for:
